It is easy to prevent it while it is not found in your body. Simply live a good life style; eat healthy food free from unsaturated fat, spices, red meat as much as possible. Keep a regular physical exercise at least for half an hour and sound sleep are some of the basic formulae to keep this condition away from your life. In the case when it is found that you are suffering from Ischemic heart disease, all the above formulae have to be followed religiously along with correct medication and regular treatment.
